This beautiful villa has been completed renovated from top to bottom and offers breathtaking ocean views! As you enter the villa, there is a powder room on the left and the newly renovated kitchen is to your right with a breakfast bar that comfortably seats 2. The open floor plan is airy and bright due to the views that look out to the pool and ocean. The beautiful farmhouse table in the dining area seats 6. The artwork, light fixtures and accessories throughout will make you feel like you have truly made the right choice for your beach getaway! The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has new wood floors, king bed and mounted SMART TV. The new master bathroom has tile floors, double vanity and brand new walk-in shower.
This is the perfect villa for a romantic couple’s getaway!
Visitors will enjoy the large covered balcony, whether sipping a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a cool glass of lemonade in the afternoon. Barrington Arms offers a large oceanfront pool, hot tub, and covered charcoal grilling area, along with elevators and a covered parking garage.

My wife and I have been visiting Hilton Head Island for almost 40 years and Palmetto Dunes Plantation is our choice to spend our getaway due to it's central location and beach access. This past February was our first stay at 406 Barrington Arms and has become our favorite. This newly remodeled unit is lovely in all aspects, from the beautifully decorated living, dining and kitchen area, to the comfortable bedroom and bath AND the shower is fantastic. The unit is bright and airy and gets full sunshine and views that are amazing. We have already book this same unit for 2025 with Beach Properties and can't to return!

We stayed at 406 Barrington Arms for 9 days, this is our 3rd stay there, so obviously we love it! I can't say enough good things about this condo. It has been beautifully updated & always very clean. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, as well as the bed. The bathroom is beautiful & the shower is amazing! The view from the balcony is great. In the winter months, you can watch the sunrise right from the living room, I enjoyed this so very much every morning. Beach Properties is so good to work with, we have booked through them for several years. Always good customer service. I highly recommend this condo- you won't be disappointed!

We just recently stayed at 406 Barrington Arms, this was our 3rd stay in this great condo. It was renovated last year & is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture & bed very comfortable. The condo is very neat & clean. The master bathroom & shower are amazing! The view from the balcony is great. In the winter months you can watch the sunrise from the living room, I enjoyed this tremendously! Beach Properties is a great company to work with, we have booked with them for several years now, always professional & great customer service. I highly recommend this condo & Beach Properties.

Beach Properties of Hilton Head is the best management company on the island. I have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and used various agencies but used Beach Properties the last two summers. They do the best job cleaning the units. It smells exceptionally clean and fresh upon walking in. They also provide an abundance of towels and a great starter package. We arrived on the island earlier then expected for our stay and they were able to get our unit cleaned and inspected to let us in a little earlier. We could not be happier with this management company and we will continue to use and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Very beautiful with recent updates and super clean. Perfect for a couple. Balcony looked out over the pool and ocean. Location was great with easy access to just about everything you need. Very nice that it was part of Palmetto Dunes neighborhood with its own general store, bike rentals and restaurants. We rented bikes and rode through the bike paths inside Palmetto Dunes. We had a great time and were very happy with our stay at 406 Barrington Arms. Highly Recommended!!

Unit 406 is beautiful with a wonderful beach view. The grounds and pool are very well kept. In fact, I think the pictures don't do it justice. I would take more pictures of the beautiful balcony furniture and the view of the ocean. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the view was. We also appreciated the half bath. It was more than enough for the two of us. It would work well for a young family as well. This is a wonderful unit!
